Why PCl3 hydrolysed while NCl3 can not be hydrolysed?

hydrolysed due to the presence of vacant Orbital in phosphorus atom which can accept lone pair from water molecule while NCl
3
cannot hydrolyse
due to unavailability of vacant d-orbitals.
