Arrange the following in the order of increasing basicity : p-Toluidine, N, N-Dimethyl-p-toluidine, p-Nitroaniline, Aniline. (I.I.T.1986)

In (I) electron withdrawing -NO2group decreases electron density on -NH2 group and thus decreases basic nature.       
In (III) electron releasing -CH3 group increases electron density on -NH2 group and thus increases its basic nature than aniline.
In (II) (Aniline) in which no such group is present. 
In (IV) three electrons releasing groups are present. Therefore, it is the strongest base among the four compounds
